A blockchain transfer and an account credit are separate steps. The page follows the recorded payment status; your account is credited only after the existing confirmation checks pass. Keep the transaction ID for support.

Why does the balance still show no credit?

A transfer can be detected or confirmed before account credit is recorded. Check the invoice’s status and related account entries. If they do not match your transfer, send the payment reference and transaction ID to support.

Does the QR code fill in the network and amount?

The QR code contains only the receiving address. Select the matching network and verify the exact invoice amount yourself in the sending wallet.
