Account & Access
Questions about creating an account, using the dashboard, profile setup, and account security.
How do I join 4Invest?
You can create an account from the signup page. After registration, you will enter the client dashboard where you can review your balance area, deposit flow, withdrawal destination, learning progress, referral link, and onboarding checklist.
What should I do after creating an account?
Start with the dashboard onboarding checklist. Complete your profile, set your withdrawal destination, review the Risk Disclosure, open the Free Trading School, and only then consider creating a deposit invoice.
Why do I need to set a withdrawal destination?
Withdrawal requests use the network and wallet address saved in your profile. This reduces confusion during payout review. Always verify the address and network carefully before submitting a withdrawal request.
Can I change my withdrawal address later?
Yes. You can update your withdrawal network and address from your profile page. Any new address should be checked carefully before saving because blockchain transactions can be irreversible.
What does the dashboard show?
The dashboard is your client portal. It shows account balance, available and locked balance, deposit tools, withdrawal tools, transaction history, learning progress, referral records, onboarding progress, and important account notices.
What should I do if my dashboard information looks wrong?
Do not make another deposit or withdrawal based on uncertain information. Contact admin/support and request a review. The platform keeps ledger, deposit, withdrawal, and referral records so financial data can be checked against internal records.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Questions about USDT deposits, supported networks, payment invoices, balance crediting, and withdrawal review.
Which deposit networks are supported?
The current platform flow supports USDT deposits through TRC20 and BEP20. Always select the correct network in the dashboard and send only the requested asset on that same network.
How does the deposit process work?
Inside the dashboard, enter the amount, select the network, and generate a deposit invoice. The system gives you a payment address and amount. After the payment provider confirms the transaction, the internal ledger credits your account.
What happens if I send funds on the wrong network?
Sending funds on the wrong network can cause delay, failed crediting, or permanent loss. Blockchain transactions are often irreversible. Always verify network, token, address, and amount before sending.
When does my balance update?
Your balance updates after the payment provider sends a confirmed payment notification and the platform records the deposit in the internal ledger. Network congestion, payment-provider timing, and confirmation requirements can affect timing.
How do withdrawals work?
Withdrawals are requested from the dashboard and processed manually after admin review. The system locks the requested amount while the withdrawal is pending. After the payout is marked paid, the ledger records the final withdrawal.
Are withdrawals instant?
No. A withdrawal request is not the same as instant settlement. Withdrawals may depend on admin review, wallet accuracy, blockchain conditions, liquidity, security checks, and operational timing.
Why is part of my balance locked?
Locked balance usually means a withdrawal request is pending or approved but not fully paid/released yet. Available balance is the amount currently free for new withdrawal requests.
Strategy, Yield & Risk
Questions about the 4Invest strategy model, options income, hedging, risk controls, and realistic expectations.
What is the 4Invest strategy based on?
The 4Invest model is presented as a structured options-income framework supported by market-regime filtering, volatility awareness, hedge validation, liquidity checks, and risk gates. The goal is controlled USDT-denominated income, not uncontrolled directional speculation.
Where does the return come from?
The intended return source is options premium collected through structured positions. The model is designed around premium logic and hedge-aware exposure control rather than relying only on price prediction.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Returns are not guaranteed. Any projected rates, examples, calculator outputs, or target ranges are illustrative. Real outcomes can be affected by market conditions, volatility, liquidity, execution, hedge performance, fees, timing, and operational factors.
What does risk-managed mean?
Risk-managed means the framework tries to identify, limit, hedge, monitor, or reject risk. It does not mean risk-free. No strategy can remove every market, liquidity, execution, exchange, technology, custody, or operational risk.
Why is non-entry important?
Non-entry means the system does not force a trade when conditions are not clean. If volatility, liquidity, hedge availability, or market stability fails the required standard, doing nothing can be the most professional decision.
How does hedging help?
Hedging is used to reduce unwanted directional exposure. It can improve control, but it is not perfect. Hedge quality can be affected by execution timing, liquidity, spreads, volatility shocks, and market stress.
Should I review the Risk Disclosure before allocating?
Yes. Every user should read the Risk Disclosure before making deposit, withdrawal, referral, or allocation decisions. The dashboard onboarding checklist also includes a Risk Disclosure review item.
Education, Referrals & Operations
Questions about the Free Trading School, learning records, referral program, rewards, and platform operations.
Is the Free Trading School really free?
Yes. The school is designed as a free education layer for trading students and 4Invest users. It includes course roadmaps, lessons, homework, quizzes, transcripts, and related articles.
Does the school give financial advice?
No. The school is educational. Lessons, blog posts, transcripts, examples, homework, and quizzes are not personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.
Can I track my learning progress?
Yes. Logged-in users can mark lessons complete. The dashboard shows completed lessons, courses started, and course progress. Course pages also show completed lesson indicators.
How does the referral program work?
Each user gets a unique referral link in the dashboard. If someone signs up through that link, the system records the relationship. Admin can review referral quality, status, commission eligibility, and possible reward crediting.
Are referral rewards guaranteed?
No. Referral rewards are subject to admin review and internal rules. Fake signups, duplicate accounts, low-quality traffic, misleading promotion, or promises of fixed/risk-free returns can lead to rejection.
How are approved referral rewards paid?
Approved referral rewards can be manually credited in USDT to the user’s internal dashboard balance through the 4Invest ledger. This is admin-controlled and protected against duplicate crediting.
Can the platform terms or program rules change?
Yes. Platform features, supported networks, operational rules, referral conditions, educational structure, and admin review processes can change over time as the platform evolves.
